At TRAN Massage Therapy, we take great pride in the quality of care we provide. Every appointment is carefully prepared so you receive the best possible treatment. In return, we kindly ask all clients to respect our time, our therapists, and other clients by arriving on time for all appointments. If it is your first appointment, please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for consultation and preparation.

To help you keep track of your booking, a reminder email and SMS will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. However, late cancellations and missed appointments impact our schedule and prevent other clients from accessing treatment. For this reason, the following cancellation fees apply:

• $20 fee for cancellations made within 5 hours of the appointment time.

• $30 fee for cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time.

• Full appointment fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations after the appointment has already begun.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us maintain fairness, run on time, and continue delivering the high standard of care our clients expect. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.
